If there’s one cocktail I’ll always come back to, it’s the classic espresso martini.
It’s the perfect mix of chic and indulgent – smooth, slightly sweet, and just strong enough to feel like a proper grown-up moment (especially after a long day).

I love how effortlessly glam it is. You don’t need any fancy bartending skills, just a few pantry staples and a good espresso shot (hello, Nespresso machine). I’ve made this recipe more times than I can count, and it’s always a hit; whether it’s a cozy girls’ night in, a festive get-together, or simply a little “you” time at home.

Equipment

1 Cocktail shaker
1 Martini glass

Ingredients

2 oz Vodka
1/2 oz Coffee liqueur
1 oz Espresso
1/4 oz Simple syrup
Ice

Instructions

Pour vodka, coffee liqueur, espresso, and simple syrup into a cocktail shaker
Add ice and shake, shake, shake
Pour into the martini glass and garnish with coffee beans
