Equipment

  • 1 Cocktail shaker
  • 1 Tot Measure or Measuring Cup

Ingredients
  

  • 3 oz Vodka
  • 1.5 oz Elderflower liqueur
  • 2.5 oz Freshly squeezed grapefruit juice
  • 1 oz Freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • Ice
  • Sprig of thyme or rosemary

Instructions
 

  • Add vodka, elderflower liqueur, grapefruit juice, lemon juice and ice into the shaker
  • Shake it up
  • Garnish with a thyme sprig (you’re supposed to use rosemary but I felt like Thyme would work as well)
