The Clover Club is a pre-Prohibition era cocktail that’s still trending for a reason — the creamy egg white froth, the subtle tartness from lemon, and the sweetness of raspberry syrup make it a total vibe.

Clover Club Cocktail | A Flirty, Frothy Classic with Raspberry & Gin

Ingredients
  

  • 2 oz Gin
  • 1 oz Freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1 oz Raspberry syrup or grenadine
  • 1 Egg white
  • Ice
  • Raspberry syrup or grenadine

Instructions
 

  • Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker without ice and shake well (this is called a dry shake — it helps create that silky foam).
  • Add ice and shake again until chilled.
  • Strain into a chilled coupe or cocktail glass.
  • Garnish with a few fresh raspberries or a dried flower if you’re feeling extra.
