Photos Diary – Trip To Zambia
If you’ve followed along for a while, you’ll know that I usually travel up to Zambia at least once a year. This year, all travel plans were placed on halt as we were faced with a worldwide pandemic. My heart longed for Zambia. I wondered if I’d be able to get there before the end of the year.
I don’t think you know the joy that was brought to the Taylor-Memmory household when the president announced the borders were open. We could finally travel. I’ve always wanted to be on the Zambezi River for my birthday and it just happened to work out that it came true.

Birthday Celebrations On The Zambezi
I posted a vlog on my Instagram page which you can watch over here where you can get an idea of the magical time I had. Of course I still have a few photos lined up for my Instagram page. You know, always got to space out the content.
I stayed at Gwabi River Lodge, where I usually stay. It was just such a treat to wake up on my birthday, open the curtains in my chalet and look out onto the Kafue River. While you can see more of what I got up to on my vlog, I wanted to share more of my wildlife photos.
ps: did you catch my Zambia post last year? There was one from August 2019 & one from September 2019.

If you are thinking of planning a trip up to Zambia to go fishing, pop over to the Taylor’s Tiger Fishing Tours page to make an inquiry. The Zambezi River is so beautiful. I truly have the best time there always. Best believe I’m planning my next trip there.
Is Zambia on your bucket list after the lockdown has ended everywhere?
