EcoTools Packaging Changes
Since celebrating their 10 year Anniversary last year, EcoTools’ packaging has taken on a new look. You might have noticed the new look over the past few months but I’m here to give you more on the lowdown of the changes and what it means for your makeup bag and for the planet.
Featuring a refreshed logo and packaging with clean colors and modern metallic accents, the brush handles are still bamboo based yet lighter in color. Add a touch of gunmetal for the logos and soft ombre bristles.
That all happened last year, can you believe that in 2018 EcoTools upped their game even more?
How?
The best part of their new packaging is that the whole collection is made up of renewable and recyclable materials, such as tree-free paper and RPET clamshell packaging, to help remove materials from the waste stream.
EcoTools believes in giving a new purpose to old things so that’s why their beautiful products are made from recycled aluminum and plastic.
Wondering how the packaging is tree-free? Well, it’s made from 20% cotton and 80% bamboo fibers. Plus they resigned their packages for their sponges, saving the equivalent of 3 million plastic bottles!
ps: Did you know that their EcoFoam for their sponges is 70% plant-based (see this Instagram post here).
