[BEAUTY]: Currently Testing #3

It’s a been a while since I’ve done a “current favourites” post, last one was for spring last year (you can watch that video here) so I thought it was about time I shared with you what products I’ve really taken a liking too these past few weeks.

First up we have the bronzer that I have been reaching for everyday to give my fair complexion a bit of a summer glow. It’s the Celestial Skin Shimmer in Aurora from Mii Cosmetics.  It’s very pigmented like I mentioned in my first impression post but I love that I just need to sweep my brush along it once and it creates a gorgeous bronzed look along my cheekbones.

This Pure Vitality Skin Renewing Cream from Kiehl’s has been so great to use in the mornings. It really has the same consistency as honey, and one of it’s main ingredients is the Makuna honey which is so healing for your skin. I love using a thin layer in the mornings but sometimes I apply a thicker layer at night for when my skin needs a good dose. Made up of 99.6% natural ingredients! Yay!

Another product I love treating my skin with is the Babor ReVersive Anti-Ageing Overnight Mask. It’s become my Sunday night ritual to pamper my skin with this amazing creamy overnight mask! It leaves my skin soft; nourished; hydrated and ready to show face for the week ahead.

This Self-Adjusting Complexion Primer from Urban Decay is definitely one of the best primers I’ve ever used. I gushed about it in my post as I love how it creates a soft-focus effect on your skin.  It adapts to your skin tone so it colour corrects and lets you easily apply your makeup.

This Real-Techniques sponge has been a game-changer in my books! I spotted it for sale on Takealot.com and am so glad I bought them (managed to get a 4 sponge pack for half price). I didn’t understand how there could be a difference between a normal sponge and one like this but after my first time using it, I was totally converted!
