If you’re anything like me and already love a good espresso martini, this flat white twist might just become your new favorite. It’s smoother, creamier, and has just the right balance of coffee kick and cocktail glam.

I think of it as the softer, sassier sister of the classic espresso martini – perfect for winter evenings, dinner parties, or any moment that calls for a luxe little pour. Plus, it’s ridiculously easy to make with just a few ingredients (Baileys, espresso, vodka—yes please!).

Flat White Martini

If you’re someone who loves coffee and cocktails, this creamy flat white martini is about to be your go-to winter drink.

Servings 1 martini

Ingredients

2 oz Fresh espresso
1 oz Vodka
2 oz Baileys (or your favorite Irish cream)
Ice

Instructions

Add espresso, vodka, and Baileys to a cocktail shaker with ice
Shake until well chilled and creamy.
Strain into a martini glass.
Garnish with chocolate shavings or a few coffee beans.
Optional: Rim your glass with cocoa powder or drizzle with chocolate syrup for a dessert-style finish.
