Nature Box Review
The packaging of Nature Box is bold and colorful, yet the ingredients are simple and pure. While you might think this is just another brand trying to amp up its status by saying they are sustainable, this brand actually is!
The products I’m going to chat about in this post are made from 100% cold-pressed oils. These were kindly sent to me, but you know I will tell you my honest opinion on them below.

About The Brand
Before I chat about the actual products I’ve been testing out, I wanted to let you know a bit more about the brand. Nature Box’s four product lines all contain 100% cold-pressed oils that are extracted from fruit seeds and nuts. Namely, Avocado, Coconut, Apricot, and Almond. They are also vegan and free from silicones, artificial colors, sulfates, and parabens.
The reason the oils in the products are cold pressed is that the procedure does not alter or damage the oils, vitamins, and antioxidants, retaining their effectiveness.
Nature Box packaging is made from 25% recycled plastic and ingredients are sourced to create farmer support. They are very transparent about all the ingredients they use, so you can read more on their website if you are keen to know more.

Hair Products From the Avocado Range
.
I was sent products from the avocado range which targets to help protects your hair while providing deep repair to hair and skin. The shampoo actually surprised me as it foamed much better than I thought it would given the simplicity of the natural ingredients. The conditioner works so well for me, not too light yet not too heavy that it weighed down my hair.
My favorite of the products is the Secret Repair Cream. I sometimes use it as a deep conditioning treatment before I wash my hair or I’ll apply some on my damp hair after shampooing and conditioning my hair. I’m pretty sure I’ll even feature this product again in one of my 5 Favourites series.
All 3 Nature Box hair products that I tried from this range smell amazing! Prices are as follows: Nature Box Avocado Shampoo 385ml – R119.99; Nature Box Avocado Conditioner 385ml – R119.99; Nature Box Avocado Secret Repair Cream 150ml – R99.99. I’ve seen them at Clicks and Dischem.

Body Care Products – Avocado Range
.
Along with the hair care products, I also received a body scrub and a shower gel. Both also have a great scent. I will be honest with you, I was so underwhelmed with the body scrub. It’s more of a shower gel with a few granules in it so it’s not worth it for me. I prefer a scrub that really exfoliates.
The shower gel is better for me, it’s a big bottle for R69.99 so it’s a product I’d buy when my bottle is finished. To be honest though, I’d rather buy from the Nature Box hair care section. Nature Box Avocado Shower Gel 385ml is available for R69.99 and the Nature Box Avocado Body Scrub 200ml for R89.99.
