Apply 1-2 pumps to your stomach area and massage in clockwise for 20 seconds. Give it about 10-15 seconds to sink in before you move onto the next step.
Step 2 is the product I was most excited to try out as I’ve heard such amazing things about it. It’s the Get Waisted Body Shaper. This lotion has 9 magical ingredients in it that help tighten; tone; increase circulation; reduce puffiness; and leaves your skin soft and smooth. Apply 1 pump and massage for 60 seconds into your stomach area, this even helps sluggish digestion systems!
